Discussion of sewing seams open versus to one side

I thought it was sort of interesting opinions on sewing seams open versus sewing to one side.

I enjoyed watching the discussion and I weigh in on the opinion for doing what the block dictates. I like spinning the intersections which I learned from John Flynn. The results that you get to remove the bulk from intersections is wonderful and I an finding that I prefer to open the seams on all of my half square triangles so it will be interesting to see what others think.

I don't think it makes a bit of difference so I don't care which way anyone wants to do their seams. Many times I do both open and to one side on the same block.
