I just now downloaded the egg/yo yo project to do with my granddaughters! I open the board up and see this thread! I love the eggs too! I am looking forward to making them!

The circles should have a diameter of twice the width of the finished yo-yo PLUS 1/2 inch - cosidering a 1/4 inch turnunder.
I would think that colored (yellow) buttons would make the yo-yo s look more like posies?

open link, you will see " DOWNLOAD THIS PATTERN" open and all the directions and circles are there, three sizes... this would also be cute on the plastic eggs,, Fill egg with treats... just another idea. have fun...
