Thanks for the clear tutorial, and yet one more fun thing to try!
I also seen this on Missouri Quilts I believe..it's quick so long as a person isn't afraid of bias edges ......thanks for the tutorial...I will bookmark this...
Thanks for sharing--very clear tutorial!
Thanks for the tutorial. I can't wait to try it!
Someone mentioned bias edges with this technique. I wonder if the fabric was starched well would that make a difference?
I did not have any problems with bias. It really is a VERY Fast and Easy block to do. I plan on usung this technique on a few donation quilts.

Thanks so much for the tutorial and I love your blog.
Thanks. I had seen this method some time ago, but not put it to use and lately, thinking three projects ahead, was trying to remember just how you cut it after sewing. Hope now it is firmly in my head so I don't forget before I get to it.
thanks!
It really is as easy as it looks, I just did a block for my guild's retreat block swap.
Thank you so so much! This tutorial was a blessing to find! I have been contimplating for weeks now on what pattern to use, what material, who to make it for and this was an answered prayer:) God Bless you:)
Thank You
I have several projects for the pinwheel. Thanks for suggesting this site. Will try it this way, it really makes it seam so simple now, even though it is a simple one anyway.
Thank you, Helen - I'd seen this method before but was hesitant to try it because of bias - but perhaps will give it a try. Looks so easy and the results are so nice. Great way to use some of these charms I have.

Looks like what I saw on Missouri Star Company on Jenny's tutorial..
Thanks for this. I have seen this on Mo Quilts I think, also.
Why should I be afraid of the bias edges? I'm scared now!!
I have seen this someplace also. Don't know where maybe on this site. Anyway thank you for the reminder. Also I love the way it was quilted. That even looks doable for me! LOL
I need to get busy on some things pretty soon. Think I will do this technique. |

I have not had any problems with the points matching up. I do put a pin directly into the intersection (sewn line) of one half that is sewn, to the intersection of the 2nd half that has been sewn and keep it pinned while the 2 halfs are sewn together. For me, that keeps it all lined up. I hope that helps.
