EQ Mistletoes free table runner
http://doyoueq.com/project_downloads/mistletoes/
This is a Quilt Design Wizard project, but instructions are given to download in EQ6 and EQ7. I only have EQ5, so I clicked on the download and got the windows message... what do you want to open this with.. and I just chose EQ5. Worked like a charm. This is so adorable, but a very complicated paper piece.. maybe for next year |
Oh, and once opened in EQ, be sure to save it to your projects.

Thanks, I also have EQ 6 and it worked great

Great QuiltnNan. I have EQ7 and I tried downloading it a couple of weeks ago and nothing appeared in the sketchbook.

This is the cutest table runner, Thank You ever so much for sharing with all of us!!
:D :D :D :D |
I like it. Now to make that download and open it. Sometimes I am surprised when I am actually successful!
Edited to add: I believe, if you have EQ Stitch, you must "export project as pj7", not "save as". But not sure. Yep, tried the save as. Your only option is a P7E file with Save as. You must you "export" |
Yes, I have EQ7 also, and I tried downloading it and nothing appeared either. Does anyone have an answer for the problem? I have Vista Windows on my computer.

I had to open EQStitch, then "Open existing project", then click on "Click here to open a project not listed above", then changed to the location the file I had just downloaded was, then click on "Previous EQ versions" and there the file was. I clicked on it and it opened beautifully. For me to save in EQStitch, I have to "Export File as PJ7". Everything worked very well. Now I can edit the file in EQ. |
When I clicked on the download box it came up in my QW but how do I get the pattern? Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

Download the Project Before you download a project, close other programs running. Then click the Download the Project button. A File Download dialog box appears. 1. Select the Save this program to disk option. 2. Click OK. A Save As box appears. 3. Click the down arrow beside the Save in: box. A list drops down. 4. Scroll to find the hard drive where you installed Quilt Design Wizard™ (typically C:\). 5. Click on this hard drive letter. This puts the hard drive letter in the Save in: box. You see a list of folders below. 6. Double-click on the folder name where you want to save the file (typically My Documents). 7. Click the Save button. The Quilt Design Wizard™ project file will be saved to your computer. 8. Start Quilt Design Wizard™ and open the project. 9. Enjoy! |
