At the link you could see which stores have fabric and request that your local Target get it too.

I was at our Target in St. Paul yesterday. Gross!!!! That's all I can say - they felt cheap, the patterns and colors were outlandish and down and out ugly. I thought!!!!! I think if they are going to sell fabric, they had better put out a good brand and more of a variety of fabric patterns. Our store Fat Quarters were $1.79. Sorry, Target, you blew it on this one. Wow is has been many years since I saw fabric at Target!

I checked the list--no stores in WI, IA and only Chicago for IL. Guess> I'll have to wait awhile to check it out.

I never saw a sewing department in any Target I visited!

I have not noticed any in my Target store...
