Free 2023 BOM

It's time for another new mystery:
https://www.aquiltinglife.com/a-quil...he-month-2023/

but the 2022 mystery blocks and posts are still available to download here:
https://www.aquiltinglife.com/catego...-of-the-month/

I have a very bad? habit of downloading as many free BOMs that I can find online every year. At least a dozen or more. Beginning with Mary Mahem. And Pat Sloan. And Jolly Jabber at Fat Quarter Shop. And Suzy Sitcom. And Patterns by Jen. And so many more...
Maybe this year I will try to limit that number to 10 or less.
Nah.
:)

Edit: For anyone who likes applique and wool, all the Snuggles 2022 BOM block patterns and instructions are still available for download too. Just click on the pictures. (scroll down just a teeny bit)
https://snugglesquilts.com/block-of-the-month/
Oh....we're still waiting for block 12....
:)

All of these are still available too-also free:

Trying to instigate others to join me.
:)

Love the 2022 mystery version. Thanks for posting. I too get hooked on downloading Mystery quilts. I love sampler quilts.

I love block two of the quiltmuseum BOM. Interesting tutorial even if not doing the BOM. Thanks for posting.

I like that one too. That particular BOM has several interesting tutorials. Also, all those other BOMs at the quiltmuseum are still available to download. BOMs from 2019, 2020 and 2021 just scroll down a bit and click on the one you like.

I like saving all these BOMs for that reason. Even if I never do the whole quilt, I get lots of free patterns I can use ...or maybe I'm just a pack rat.
:)

I like samplers too
This web site has tons of older BOMs- lots are samplers-you have to scroll down on the landing page

some are traditional piecing, some are paper piecing.

here's an unusual one from 2013

Wow, that Pendleton inspired one was unusual. I wonder if they made cotton fabric back in 2013. Or was it intended to use wool. Thanks for posting.

I used to have a link for a site that always posted the upcoming BOMs for the new year, but in crashing my computer, I lost it. Does anyone have any idea who that was and if she still does it?

I had one too, but the lady who posted on the link I had has passed away. I miss her and her blog. She often designed a free BOM of her own each year too.

One of my favourite BOM free designers just posted on her blog, her 2023 would be “ Hedgehugs”. Correct spelling per her blog. The quilts I have made from her designs were all fusible appliqué and so fun. I love hedgehogs …..hmm…..do I need another project? Haha….https://pumpkinpatchbc.com/blog/
