Thank you. I am slowly getting the nerve to try FMQ on small projects and this will help.

You know, this reminds me. I have a book called "Reverse Quilting" (I think. It is in Wisconsin and I am not!) The idea is that you put a backing on your quilt that has a pattern that you love, i.e., flowers etc. and then you FMQ from the back. Follow the design and Viola!
