Free pattern from Fabric Cafe
It's a simple block we all know how to make but the pattern has some great tips and new method to it. And I loved the fall fabric used in the first quilt that I bought the three yard kit immediately. My guild is having a fall quilt challenge. This will be perfect.

What enthusiasm from these two quilters. Thanks for the heads up about the free pattern, Onbyone. Wouldn't this make a good baby quilt by reducing it by just one row! What ever size it would be quick and can be classic, silly or chic. What a stash buster too.

I am making three yard kits from my stash. I have several of the pattern books. I can use up a lot of yardage I have been hanging on to and have plentys of quits ready to say this is for you. The quilts are a good size for machine quilting. I can get one pieced, quilted, and bound in a week taking my time.

All of their fabric choices give us an idea to use up our stash. Oh, yes that is a great idea to make up kits.
