I have a pack of them and I love them.

Thanks so much for this link, it would be awful to have marks return on a finished quilt!

I have purchased 2 packs of the pens (red, blue, black) but have not used them yet or even tested them on any scraps. I tend to agree with catrancher regarding the temperature issue. I don't think I'll be putting my quilts into the freezer nor will I keep my thermostat below 38 degrees (I hate being cold). I seem to remember reading somewhere about heat setting them with your iron prior to washing/drying. I'll definitely test them for myself before using on a project.

I know for some "cold" is not an issue ... though some of us do have this thing called "winter"!!

In another vein I'm looking forward to using them for wrong side marking!!!!!! They mark the fabric far nicer than any of the other markers that I've seen so far.

nice blog...she came to the same conclusions that other have. These pens really are not meant for your prize quilts!

Excellent test....thank you for your information.

Thanks for this info. Besides the pkg. of 2 black ones I got at Walgreen's, I picked up a pink one at the LQS this wk. It's always sad to find out that some things are always too good to be true. I still plan to use them though. I'll just keep my quilts out of the freezer. LOL

Thank you --- I just purchased 2 of them - will use them by the telephone!
