about a year ago I made alot of "crazy" blocks then cut them using a Hexagon template. 50/50 crazy hexies/non-crazy and a few solids. really cool.

Thank you BellaBoo. I learn something everyday from this site but tonight I figured there was nothing new for me until, as I was shutting it down, I saw this thread. Inside I see your hint about scraps being cut through the GO. Santa Claus brought me an AccuGo and I have been having a lot of fun. Now all I need is some of those cute little die-cutters in funny little shapes so I can cut up my scraps in something other than a long strip or half-square triangles.

I started this this week and it is really fun. I am on my 8th block. It is hard to stop and I am enjoying it for sure. Here is a picture of my first 4 ugly blocks. Haven't decided what I am going to do with them but I am sure sooner or later they will start talking to me.
