I wish i had known about this technique before i started my grand mother quilt :( But i will try a small project this way. Thank you for sharing :)

Oh, thank you for this information. I have made small hexigons by hand and made a pin cushion, have inherited old large blocks handsewn which I need to decide what to do with.
I love it when methods are modernized and help construct blocks of the same quality look but easier/quicker.
I have saved the website you gave us for future reference.
Boy my "favorites" and computer quilting folders are getting so full.
I have purchased an external hard drive to "back-up" my computer files. For the price it is worth it for peace of mind if something happens to the computer (which it has in the past).
