here is the site. Just look around at the beautiful quilts this man makes. He does miniatures. I met him in Paducah. And I bought his ruler, which is just wonderful!!

We have him scheduled to do a lecture and workshop for our quilt guild. I can't wait!!!

I took a class from him at a quilt symposium in Alabama. I am definitely NOT a paper-piecing fan but this was actually pretty easy. I only did one block and it turned out beautifully and am going to frame it.

You will really enjoy him at your guild program. Hopefully his wife will come with him as she does beautiful hand quilting.

I took a class from him at NQA, we made a 3 inch block that had more than 40 pieces in it. We used the ruler in class, but I prefer the Add a Quarter ruler. His was OK to work with the template material he sells, but didn't work as well with paper. But the patterns he does would probably fall apart if done on paper, none of the pieces were more than 1/2 inch wide.
Hope you enjoy the "George and Virginia Show" they do during class, playing jokes off each other the whole time.

that ruler is what Carol D. uses but she uses a piece of card board. thank you for the site. God bless. Penny

Actually Carol Doak uses an Add a Quarter ruler. George's ruler has a base on it that is thick plastic. I recently took a workshop with Carol and she taped a post card to each of our rulers. When I asked her if she had used George's ruler she said he had sent her one but she thought it was too thick.
