I came across these on quiltedjoy blog.
http://usaus.us/cart/quilting-rulers-c-12.html

I'm interested to see if others have bought them and worth buying.

quiltsRfun 09-28-2011 06:14 AM

Pretty expensive - not for me.

sueisallaboutquilts 09-28-2011 06:25 AM

Yeah, the price is steep!!

quilter41 09-28-2011 06:40 AM

Would like to have them, but very pricey and it seems like you need more than one.

Sadiemae 09-28-2011 07:12 AM

Someone said a few days ago that she loved them. They are way too expensive for me, and if you anyone has a problem with square rulers slipping they can put sandpaper dots on them. Much cheaper...

CoyoteQuilts 09-28-2011 08:35 AM

Yes, yes, yes! I bought one on the shop hop. Just used it a little at the shop and can't wait to get mine! They were sold out by the time I got there :(..... If you make lots of 1/2 triangle squares this is the only way to go..... It slides right in next to the seam and stays there! No wiggle and the seam is right on the corner....

nice website thank you

As I was watching I thought why not use double sided tape on the line running down the center. I bet that might work with out the cost . Also removeable.

quiltymom 09-29-2011 05:11 AM

No way to much money for me even my piggy bank says OUCH!!!!

It would be cheaper to by Quilt in a day rulers!! they are amazing and nothing like those prices

blueangel 09-29-2011 06:40 AM

Too expensive

pippi65 09-29-2011 06:53 AM

I own several of these rulers for some time now. I'm very happy with my purchase. You can get these at JoAnn's with your 40% off coupon. They don't slide so easily and they're easy to read. Just my humble opinion.

catmcclure 09-29-2011 07:20 AM

Take an old ruler and superglue a thick crochet thread from corner to corner - would do the same thing.

grannypat7925 09-29-2011 07:22 AM

Hadn't heard of this one. Will be watching to see how many think it is a worthwhile thing.

PieceandLuv 09-29-2011 07:46 AM

to expensive.........

OmaForFour 09-29-2011 08:04 AM

No, and at those prices I won't.

lillybeck 09-29-2011 09:01 AM

Too pricey for me

mustangquilts 09-29-2011 09:31 AM

I like the idea that the ruler lines up at the corner perfectly

penski 09-29-2011 10:41 AM

wow the price is to much for me !

QuiltnLady1 09-29-2011 11:39 AM

A bit too expensive for me -- they look interesting, however. If Joanns has them, I may look at them when I am in there next.

matraina 09-29-2011 04:10 PM

I have not bought any yet; but, according to my LQS and Missouri Star, they are supposed to be wonderful!

madamekelly 09-29-2011 05:20 PM

These strike me as "one trick ponies". They do one thing only, and that can be done with any ruler. IMHO Kinda like a "hot dogger", looks like it is useful, until you are sick of hot dogs.

BellaBoo 09-29-2011 06:30 PM

I actually bought one so I can give a first hand review of it. I have used it much more then I thought I would. I will certainly buy more when I'm at a quilt shop that has them. New rulers float my boat!

Sewfine 09-30-2011 02:05 AM

To expensive for me.

Arleners 09-30-2011 08:44 AM

for HSTs, just place some of that colored cling stuff exactly at the diagonal intersection. It will do the same thing for a lot less money.
