I would love to order a bunch of stuff from Marshall's Dry Goods--it's just too bad that the shipping is so high! I suppose it would be worth it if I ordered enough stuff, not just a piece here and there. They do have some really cute flannels and some nice 108" quilt backs. I'll just have to wait until I clear out some of my stash before I can order any large amount of fabric.

All I need right now is more fabric!!!! Thanks for telling us about the site. Looks great.

I am chomping at the bit because I will be visiting them over the Thanksgiving Holiday! When you are there in person, you get to rummage through lots of bins of $1 a yard fabric! And you don't have to buy the whole piece! I always go out with lots of fabric, for not so much $$$$.

We have a Marshalls Dry Goods warehouse only about 45 mins from us. My sister and several other quilting friends make a run every 3-4 months and bring back a van loaded so full there is barely room for us to sit....lol. They have great deal on batting by the yard also. That is where I do alot of my fabric/batting shopping. I also hit our lqs. Her prices are awesome....most only around $4.09 to $5.99 a yard and large and beautiful selection of great quilting fabrics. They also service our sewing machines and sell good threads and quilting supplies. We have Hancocks 30 mins in one direciton and 40 mins in the other along with Hobby Lobby also but I use lqs and Marshalls most of all.

Thanks Peach, didn't know they had internet site also tho. I can browse and when find what I want be ready to get it next shop hop trip.

They have some nice fabric for $2.99. I will definitely be placing an order from them when I get ready for my next quilt.
