I was also thinking one could use this to make the Lg wedge tool shape for the Christmas table runner in this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gp6eV...5312E2D5C1C8F0
that is if one can figure it out lol

That is what I plan to do for the tablerunner. I have a good size 60* triangle ruler but I am trying to puzzle out how to do a star without appliqueing it on.

If you figure out how to do that please let us all know. I hate to applique but did think that table runner from Missouri Star Quilt Co. was so cut.

If you are talking about the half hex tablerunner with large star in center.....go to their website there is a path for a paper pattern for that star...something coloring book...........I don't have it handy now, but I did go to the site and printed out the pattern for the large star....going to wonder under it and then blanket stitch it to tablerunner......next week project. But I just watched this other one using the large wedge tool....hmmm, may have to order that template from MSQ.....

What are the measurements for the wedge that Jenny used. Can you use a triangle ruler??
