And I bet the machine sews like a little rocket , god on her . Cathy

QuiltnLady1 07-21-2014 05:15 PM

WOW -- that keeps your hands free to carry fabric (LOL). :o

Yooper32 07-22-2014 03:20 AM

That does NOT look like a good idea to me. With my luck, that sucker would fall right on one of my feet and disable me bigtime.

idoqlts 07-22-2014 03:49 AM

Looks just like my machine.. and it weighs a ton!

Linda1 07-22-2014 03:54 AM

There is no way I would even try that even if I had good balance. lol

lclang 07-22-2014 03:59 AM

Gives me a headache just to look at that!

coopah 07-22-2014 04:13 AM

Have machine, will travel!

Bubbie 07-22-2014 05:42 AM

Just think, it leaves her hands and back free for FABRIC!!!!! So now she's off on a quilting get away.

RosaSharon 07-22-2014 06:07 AM

new and modern cordless machine. Set it up anywhere!!

KathyJ 07-22-2014 06:40 AM

She looks so happy - must be going to her scrap group! I'd love to have the machine - my last name is Jones.

quiltstringz 07-22-2014 06:49 AM

LOL That is a good one!

tessagin 07-22-2014 06:52 AM

My eyes would popout!

ppquilter 07-22-2014 12:02 PM

She is good .... there are so many funny pictures for us sewers and quilters on Pinterest.

Notice that it is a singer lookalike -- and is a hand crank machine. So many of thest still in use around the worls with many different brand names.

Whoa....amazingly strong headed and flexible to carry on her head!!

QuiltingJaguar 07-22-2014 06:46 PM

My head round not flat on top....

solstice3 07-23-2014 07:10 AM

Amazing what some have to do in this "modern" age

matraina 07-23-2014 08:57 AM

OMG, I already have a bad neck. That would put me over the edge!

tuckyquilter 07-23-2014 12:06 PM

She's out of compliance..... no makeup, no pearls and something tells me she may not have swept the dirt floors today. VIOLATION of the QUILT POLICE. LOL.. I'd damage myself and cause major damage to my machine if I tried this. God Bless the Women of the World who don't have our resources.

donna13350 07-23-2014 12:20 PM

Makes my neck hurt just looking at that pic!

Sewnoma 07-24-2014 05:22 AM

I can't get over how cute that machine is. Even the spool of thread looks like a cartoon spool, all pot-bellied.

I wonder what the project is that she has bundled up within the machine's harp.

mjhaess 07-27-2014 06:53 AM

I couldn't do that...

pokeyscorner 08-08-2014 07:03 AM

She's probably been carrying things on her head since she was a child. This gives her great posture & more strength than we probably have in our fingers! Wish I had more self-discipline in the past, I'd be in less pain & have more strength today!!
