Didn't they have a going out of business sale a while ago.
I thought I ordered a kit from them and when I got it they had substituted material without my consent. I sent it back.

Just spent $150 for over $300 worth of product. whoop!!!

Did anyone else have trouble with the shipping options? My cart only shows Fedex 2 day or overnight for $200+. You can't reach them by phone so I've emailed them, but I was just curious if anyone else has that issue.

I just looked and there was a message that says they are closed until they catch up on orders . So I missed it !! Whew!!!!

That's exactly what happen when I looked at their website and I too said "Whew". I really don't need more fabric.

Has anyone recieved their order yet???? I haven't even recieved confirmation it has been mailed!

I received mine...Not too happy...Was not complete and ordered some fusible and all I got were directions...Emailed them and called , still no response...Will wait a little longer before reporting to my bank :(

Well, after not hearing from them, I emailed this afternoon.....finally got informed that my order was cancelled & "we sent you an email about this".....one was never recieved....guess if they are going out of business, tbey don't have to worry about customer service!

Could you send me their email address? Perhaps they have 2 email addresses. I have not heard from them yet...
