I have found a new link to jelly rolls and she has some great buys, I just bought 4 jellyrolls and got two extra jelly rolls for 45. and got free shipping. I am not sure how long the special is going to be, but the link is "[email protected]". Might be worth lookin into this. LOL

That is an email address, not a link. Do you have the name of the website? Thanks for the info.

I found this http://jellyrollfabrics.com/

Try this link. I think it might be the place.

I just checked out the link I posted and the prices arent that great becuase you only get 20 strips in a roll. My moda jelly roll has 30 strips and I got it for the same price as there 20.

Just ordered from them. I'm excited...thanks
|
Actually all my jelly rolls are 40 strips and I paid like four dollars more. So not a good deal unless it is fabric you really want. But for that kind of money buy fat quarters and make your own strips and get a lot more.

My Jelly Rolls have been 40 strips as well??
|
Moda jelly rolls have 40 strips. And full price is usually around $35. I buy Moda jelly rolls when I find them for under $25.

Hi, I'm the owner of the site. Most rolls are 20 strips, and are between $10-20. As far as I know, Moda rolls are at least 30 for 40 strip rolls, so mine are comparable in price. My fabrics are an assortment of fabric brands, and I use a lot of fabrics you'll find at Joann in my rolls. You can't buy my rolls anywhere else. You can read the "about me" section for more info. I own both http://jellyrollfabrics.com and http://jellyrollfabric.net (I built the first one myself, and then had the second done with a professional shopping cart site) You can use either, though.
The deal one poster was referring to is right now, if you buy any 4 rolls from my store, I'm giving away 2 free assorted rolls - these are "grab-bag" rolls with 20 different fabrics. Plus free shipping. The code for that is FREEROLLS and it's only good on jellyrollfabric.net for another few days. To mods: I'm just trying to address some questions here, this is my first post. Not trying to advertise! Liz |

By the way - I actually created these rolls a few years ago because I noticed you could never find a nice roll in a primary color with a bunch of different prints. I was making a leopard print log cabin quilt and I was wishing so much I didn't have to look all over for different animal prints. So, I'm not sure if Moda even offers anything like that yet. That's been the main purpose of my products - if you need yellows, and blues and greens for a quilt, you can buy them in 20-strip increments from me.
My leopard print quilt did eventually get made, by the way! |
Thanks so much Jackie!

I make my own jelly rolls with my Accuquilt Go.LOVE IT!
|
Yep! We've got 4 :D They are a cinch, right?
|
I just received my jelly rolls and they seem real good quality and I just love the variety of the free ones.
|
Glad you like them!
|
interesting
|
They are beautiful fabrics!!! I usually purchase a jelly roll when I want a lot of variety in fabrics. These jelly rolls have several of each print(2-4). I usually want more than 5 or even 10 fabrics if I purchase a jelly roll.

These aren't Moda jelly rolls. They're jelly rolls created with other name brand fabrics. They're also less than half as much - so yes, you get half as much fabric, for less than half the price. Allows you to buy more variety!
I'm the owner, feel free to ask me any questions. There's no need to "buyer beware." Thanks. |
By the way, we're far from the only company selling 20-strip jelly rolls - I've seen 20-strip rolls at both Walmart (although they don't carry them anymore anywhere by me), and Joann fabrics. Joann has a small section with some themed jelly rolls, and they've carried both 40- and 20-strip rolls at our superstore location in the past.

They're not homemade, they're cut straight from the bolt and rolled in a studio dedicated solely to manufacturing jelly rolls.
Call them whatever you want... if you only think 40-strip rolls can be called "jelly rolls," that's ok by me. You can refer to them as "half jelly rolls." |
