Cute pinwheel quilt. I would do this one. I purchase yardage and cut my own 10" squares. For the color, I will go through my stash and cut off a 10" strip of each of the blenders. That will give me 4 of each color. Cheaper than using layer cakes. |
I saw the video this morning…. I thought it was so cute…I will be making this one!

I love this design! She is amazing.

Checked it out. Amazing what she does. I know that sewing on the bias can be a bit of a bugger.....but as long as you don't pull the sides, it works out okay.
|
How cute is that! Thank you for posting the link. I love the tutorials on that site but I forget about them. My LQS has those solid layer cakes and I have looked at them wondering why would anyone buy them, but wow, that would make a fast and easy quilt.

I saw it also....Planning to do it in my golds and ivory I have in my stash...been looking for a pattern ...this is it !!!
|
Another fun one! Thanks for sharing this! I will put this on my bucket list. :)

This is such a wonderful creative idea. Looking forward to giving this a try. Makes a beautiful quilt.
When I grow up I want to be Jenny Doan Jr. Love her. |
I have a bunch of pinwheel blocks I started to put together and quit because it was so boring! Now I know what to do to fix that!
Thanks for pointing this out and always thanks to Jenny! |
Very nice quilt! I can see myself doing this one soon.
