I have a question about notions. I went to joanns loaded with coupons as I needed blanket binding which was $8.50 a pack and I needed 6 packs. I was told I couldn't use the coupons because it said notions. I googled sewing notions and binding came up. To me a notion is something other than fabric. Why would ribbon and lace be a notion and not binding? I've emailed joanns about this and I wasn't surprised not to receive a reply. I think I'm going to start ordering alot more online. I've had good luck so far
