thousand of bolts is my favorite online shop. The only thing I dont like too much: they only ship 6yards of fabric in a flat rate envelope, others up to 9
But they are much cheaper and fairly new to quilting I dont care that they have not the newest collections of brand fabric. They are all brand new to me.

They answer each mail fast and very friendly and the shipping to switzerland takes only 7 to 8 days!
Ordering 3 yards of wide muslin from Benatrex the fabric was after straigtening 10 inch short. I told them with the sugestion to rip the fabric in the future. Other than cotton I think you really can rip muslin.
They answered very nicely and promised a little "makeup" on my next order. This was $1 off every yard! If I would have known that my order would have been even bigger

I love that shop, they have a sale on at the moment till the 28th of this month and I've just ordered 12 yards from them. I agree with you though granny_59, other online stores can fit up to 8 or 9 yards in a flat rate envelope, although living in the UK I have to be careful and make sure I don't spend more then £18.00 on each order, which is just over $26.00 at the moment, otherwise I get hammered with customs duty. A while back I spent 2 pence over £18.00 and the customs charged me an extra £11.00 on the envelope.
