I had a lot of points and I use an affiliate link and got extra % off. I bought this kit on sale last year and it is a beautiful quilt. I wanted to make another one so now I will. Ordered it before posting the link. LOL

My Favorite Quilt Store has this quilt for $165 - $169 same size. I saw them a while ago when I was going to make a quilt for a friend.

I got my kit on Etsy about a year ago and it was around 170. It's one of my favorite quilts! I absolutely love it. And I almost never buy kits but the minute I saw Kate from the Last Homely House I was sold on it.

I've been wanting this kit since I first saw it! I'm the same as you, Susie, I've only bought a kit once before and then I bought it for the fabric and did a different project with it. I can hardly wait for this one to get here.

The local quilt shop owner said more kits of this pattern are no longer available to order for shops so she ordered one from MS for herself.

The price at MS is now back to regular price today.

Everyone is in a different life situation as far as buying for quilting. So much fun fabric to be had that is free or thrifty is not lessening the fun or value. I found some amazing Hawaiian print shirts 3 x large at the thrift store this morning that look like Kaffe colors. I was thrilled as if I bought three yards from the quilt shop.

Ummm...years ago, Northcott had a fabric line of state flowers that came out in series. Well, of course I ordered them but never did anything with them. Ummm...another quilt to add to the list of things to do.

Oooh! I'll bet that would be really pretty!
