Oh absolutely not. I admire those that do and enjoy hearing their stories, however, I look at some of the smaller square foot ones thinking how great it would be as a quilting studio..... Your own bathroom and kitchenette, plenty of creative storage, and the common area for your sewing machines and long arm machines......

I have to add, DH and I live in about a 1100 sq ft home, and we have both said we would not want to go smaller, he has his work space, and I have my quilting work space. This does not include our basement that is unfinished, but excellent space for storage, Sams club bulk items, kitchen small appliances, all my canning supplies and canned food, household utilities ie: furnace, on demand hot water system, well water holding tank. So even though it is not living space, it is important utilized space. Tiny houses don't have that luxury.
