Go to this site and scroll down untill you see hangar covers. Click on it and a pattern will download. Hope it is what you need.

Years ago we use to only have wire hangers, so we wrapped yarn around them. Worked! But the one that I am sending you to is nice and would go nice with the sachet hanger.
