Machine lighting
2 Attachment(s)
I purchased accessory LED lighting for my machine and I LOVE IT. I bought it from these folks... http://www.inspiredled.com/products/...d-lighting-kit and they shipped it the same day I ordered it.
Here are some pictures on my machine. Before After It makes a huge difference in FMQ and was easy to install. Watson |
I, too, have had this lighting system on my Juki 2010Q for slightly over a year! Love, love , love it!!! Great product; easy to install; have had zero issues with it. Makes all the difference in good visibility. I highly recommend this lighting system.

It certainly looks cool!

I certainly looks like it makes a difference.

Looks really good. I could really use more light for sure. But I am wondering if when pushing my quilts through the harp, would it not push the lights out of place? I do some pretty big quilts on my Pfaff 2134. Would love to hear your experience with this.

I purchased one for my new Janome 8900 but I haven't yet taken it out of the package... can't wait to see what a difference it makes.

Our 8900's came with led lighting under the harp and over the needle.Love the LED's My Babylock Ovation has it too.

Suern3, the LED's are really thin and tight to the metal of the machine. I'm FMQ-ing a queen size right now and haven't had any problems at all. I suppose you may need to be a little aware of the cord, but the whole set up is pretty solid.

I bought these same lights several months ago and love them. Very easy to install it.

I found LED machine replacement bulbs at Sew Classic. They work great. On my vintage New Home the very tip of the bulb is a little longer than the machine body so it shines on the entire needle area.
My vintage Viking 6430 has the light in the arm area so it lights up the entire sewing area -- I love this function of this machine. |
