I have posted instructions on my blog...very easy. I am using some left over fabric scraps. The elastic was only 79 cents a yard before the discount coupon I had. These would make great stocking stuffers. For me...to keep my hair back at the gym.

only take about ten mins to make and fun. if you use a safety pin its very easy to turn it inside out and also to put in the elastic...I have my pats Scrunchy on...I need granddaughters... ; )

I really enjoyed reading your blog and looking at quilts and items you have made. Great idea for the backing on the Wizard of Oz quilt; leaf mug rugs are so cute; love the appliques you added to the quilts. So many nice ideas. Thanks a bunch for sharing.
