MSQC daily deal?
 

Just a question about the MSQC daily deal. I haven't been getting them in my email lately. Does anyone know if they stopped doing them?:eek:

I've been getting mine daily. You could resubscribe to their email subscription list.

I haven't gotten them either, for quite a long time. I resubscribed and it didn't help.

I have also stopped receiving mine daily. I resubscribed and received one daily deal email the following day. That was it. I think I’m going to contact them via email to get it resolved.

they said they had a problem with that and are working on it or just fixed it.

I haven’t received them for a week or so. I emailed them about it and received one the next day. Unfortunately, that was the last one I got.

I am programed that when I turn on my computer I always check Missouri Star, Fat Quarter Shop and Quilt in a day for their daily deals! Then check my emails … lol!

Mine have been going to my junk/spam folder for a week or so, don't know why - having a hard time resetting it to go into my In Box

I haven't received any for a week or so. Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

I haven't gotten any in almost a year. Have tried resubscribing...no luck.

I sent email to MSQC, they they are having a problem with their server, are working on getting it fixed. They still have the daily deal, until the server fixed you can go to their site to see it.
Jenny is coming to my area (Pittsburgh) in August for 2 day workshop, I'm already signed up, pricey but husband said cheaper than going to Missouri so we won't tell him about fabrics & machines sold at these workshops! lol

I just check their website first thing in the morning and there it is! I also saved their website on my cell phone under favorites. ;-)

I too have had many issues. The emails are hit and miss. I have been in contact with the company - very friendly, very efficient - gets fixed but then emails drop off again. So if I'm interested, I'll just go to website and click on "daily deal".

Because I’m in a different time zone I check the DD before going to bed. If it’s popular they sell out in a hurry and this gives me a head start.

I am glad to know this as I too have stopped getting mine too.

I have not gotten mine either and I am glad for this thread because I thought it was something I did. I tried to fix but do not know where to go.

go to the forum and the conversation on Daily Deal. they give an email addy to add to your email account. seems it changed.

How do you get to the forum? When I try the web site I keep getting -site is for sell.:confused:

I've been getting mine. I just checked and I got one today.

I stopped getting them a year ago and when I resubscribed was told I was in the system. I never got any more though.

I contacted MSQ yesterday, February 15, about this. They have changed vendors for their web site and have had some problems. They are expecting corrections in the next few weeks but if you call them, number is on their website, they can try a "patch" that may or may not work. In the meantime I have been checking their website for Daily Deals and the Friday Tutorial. it is all there, just not coming to everyone's e-mail addresses.

no forum there again. i wonder what is going on? no response to inquiries either. Oh well.

They posted in the forum that they’re working on the site and it will be down at times. This is the message from their site today.........

I wasn't getting the emails for a while and they started back this last week.

That's strange. I get mine every day.

I just started getting them again in the last week.

Call the 800 number and tell them what you are experiencing. I was not getting the daily deals and they corrected it quickly. I was told they were using a new provider for their web site and there were a few "bugs" in the transition. The response was kind, understanding and they made a corrections immediately.
