MSQC shipments to Canada

I have ordered from MSQC 3-4 times over the past 18 months and the delivery time has been ridiculous. 3-4 wks in every case. Recently I noticed on their site they were advertising improved delivery times (2-6 business) days for the same $10 flat rate as always. I wanted a couple or their templates and so I placed an order on Monday. I received a shipping notification yesterday......and just signed for the package a few minutes ago.

Wow, no false advertising at least based on this order.

I thought some of my fellow Canadians might be interested. Other than shipping times I have always found that MSQC has been very friendly toward the Canadian market.

Impressive!

This may get me paying more attention to MSQC as a possibility.

Was it shipped via post? or which courier?

It shipped via Fed EX....which was who they seemed to be using before but it said 2 day on this package.

Do your packages from the US have to go through customs, and if so, how long does that take?

If they used FedEx, did you have to pay the brokerage fee?
Usually that makes cross border shopping unattractive cost-wise....

That's great!
I've noticed that their US delivery has gotten a lot better this year. I love ordering from them so I have a lot of experience. It used to take too long!

Remember it is in a very small rural town. I think they had to set up their own shipping system with the resources to handle such a large distribution. Just calling UPS, USPO, or FED Ex to come pick up won't work. The orders have to be put in dedicated trucks routed to pick up. I bet it was a nightmare to get it figured out.

I've heard such good things about the company, kudos for them for imroving delivery!
