I don't know how you use the tape to flat back stitch. Do you stick the hexis on the tape then stitch while laying flat?

GingerK they work as advertised. Since they don't hang over the edge the thread doesn't wrap around them like the clips. And you are't pinching as tight if you aren't using the clips. (I have to admit I am a big gadget fan, so had to try them.).
Wow - I missed the "Flat back Sewing" palette. I have only done the whip stitch using the magnets holding the pieces back to back. So now I have to try the other way. I went onto the website to check further. It's in England, so couldn't find anyone local carrying the "palette". |

This is the video I watched to learn how to do the flatback stitch.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfC9...=TheQuiltKitCo I use a larger piece of tape so that it holds the pieces together really well. I can also put more than 2 pieces on the tape and sew them at one time.

Cashs mom, thank you for sharing the you tube video. I'll have to try the flat back stitch since I'm never happy with my slip stitches.

Thank you for the info about the tape. I'm certainly going to try that.
