A new quilting project!
clever and decorative http://thediyplaybook.com/2015/02/di...baby-gate.html

WOW!!!! this is perfect. i have child gates all over my house to help me control my Psycho Pup as he's referred to by a friend :). i don't have to do anything except lean them against a door or chair, he won't push them down. he hates the noisey clatter when they fall down. this morning i found he doesn't like to walk on them either! sorta like a cattle guard for his feet i guess lollol he was after the flocks of birds he could see out on the deck feeding in the snow storm we're having. i reaaly like that they used the contact type hooks instead of bolting this to the walls also ..oh my ..i have so many projects planned & you just added to the list! thank you ...i think :D

Thank you for this link. I, too, have a doggie I need to corral, so this will help tremendously!
|
It is a great idea and very decorative compared to the wooden/plastic ones but I'm afraid it wouldn't keep my 2 1/2 yr old grandson or their one year old rescue puppy from getting through it.

thanks for the diy.......
|
Thank you - was thinking this is good for a pet too!
|
At least that which is on the other side won't be so tempting to have if unseen.
|
I love this idea!

Great DIY. I sent the link to a friend with dogs.
Now if they could just come up with one for cats! |
Great idea for my dog as well! She has always been timid and wouldn't assert herself to try to breach it.
