New Rotary cutter and the blades stay sharp.

All the quilt bloggers that have used this brand say the blades stay sharp much longer then the regular quilting blades. |
Looks industrial all right. No blade can long withstand clipping the acrylic ruler though :)
A blade is only as good as it's user... |
Interesting, might have to try this one......

A blade is only as good as it's user... If you can't drive straight ... no matter the brand, it will not stay sharp! |
Looks like it would be worth a try, at JoAnns they now have the blades in a case. Maybe they had grown feet and walked off because of their price.

My question is, how many manufacturers are there of rotary cutting blades? Are they all made in one or two plants with different specs? I have googled to try and find out. So far, no luck. |
Also ..... most stores now keep sharps (rotary blades, scissors etc.) behind counter or in locked cabinets because they are SHARP ... and dangerous!

I'm going to see if they have it at Harbor Freight or some of the home stores.
