I just read the site, here is what I read,

"We are currently offering this service only for fabric purchased at Wish Upon A Quilt. If you are ordering fabric from us and would like it cut into shapes prior to shipping, let us know. The standard cutting rates will apply."

Sounds like you need to buy their fabric.

A local quilt shop offers this service. I don't know what they charge - I cut my own.

A lgs here lets you use their cutter free when you buy their fabric and charges $5.00 an hour if you bring your own fabric.

It is a great service for people who can not do their own cutting. I have a friend with arthritis who uses them for cutting. They are very accurate. I have been looking for someone with the Ricky Tims dies to cut some fabric for me but they are too expensive and not available for the Go.
