Paducah AQS Spring Show
 

After checking it has been decided that I/we should not post pictures from the AQS show due to some of their rules. If you want to see the winning quilts you can go to www.quiltweek.com/past-winners/ and see them there. I understand there is a YouTube site, too. Thanks for all of the wonderful comments on my post in the Pictures forum on "My Smallest Yet." The competition was fierce. Really outstanding works. Thanks again. I wish you could all be here. What a shame! Every year those who go to the show share their photos here, for those of us who can't attend. Have we gotten too politically correct or something?

I would think the owners of the quilts would welcome all the free exposure they could get.

Sneed... I can't thank you enough for going out of your way to take pictures of my quilt and emailing them to me. I was so excited to have my quilt "Home Is Where the Heart Is" juried into PADUCAH!!! of all places. Not being able to see it there was killing me!

Jen, your quilt is stunning. I can only imagine how many entries there must be at a show like Paducah and the incredible talent of quilters.

The quilt entries were amazing! I think there was too much bling on most of them but if that's what it takes to win then that's what the quilt show makers will give them. The Best in Show looked liked it had about as much bling as fabric. LOL

I saw your quilt at Paducah and remembered seeing it on the QB. Pictures don't do it justice. Congratulations, it's such an honor to have your quilt accepted in the show.
