The following link is for a BOM that will end soon, but the entire year is available. These paper pieced fruits are darling and worth saving for a cold day in January after the holidays.

I have come to realize that paper piecing is not for the faint of heart.

My DIL loves paper piecing. She says it works up quickly, and with 2 boys, 4 and 2, she doesn't have lots of time to quilt. For myslef, I can't keep straight, which side is which! I'll stick to piecing.

The website is gone now anyway.

Just love paper piecing :D ! I get perfect points all the time. Just remember to put right sides together and there's no problem.

Ruth,

You are a jewel. Thanks for sharing that link.

I see why anyone might get addicted to paper piecing if the seams and points are so precise. There are some patterns that really would do much better using this method.

I tried it on a few blocks. It takes getting use to. I will be doing more someday. I bought some embroidered baskets on line and will do the square within a square to do a quilt someday. I will try paper piecing and see if that will keep me lined up precisely.
