Last year I got up at 3am Sydney time to start it, most people started at 9am or 10am. I got most of the blocks done on the day - but got tired from lack of sleep - there is a thread in the MAIN about this mystery project and it was a lot of fun. |
Hmmmm something to think about for sure!!! :D :D :D

I've done this in the past and it's fun. It's pretty amazing at how different they all turn out. I kinda wish I could see the finished project first to choose the colors, but that's the fun!

I wanted to but I left my grandpops 80th birthday quilt till almost the last minute - its the 9th January and I hope to quilt it tomorrow! I am going to print out the instructions as I have fabric to do it with... but I need to finish this one first!
|
so who did the mystery quilt and finished it?????
|
well, I didn't do the secret project because I decided to work on the choc/rasp block swap. I have 17 of them done. Then I peeked at the finished project and was kinda glad I didn't do it. It just didn't "do" it for me this year.
