Here is a PDF for a Pocket Tissue Holder I made for our 4-H quilters.

If its ok..I am going to print this so I can keep it handy..I always need to go back to make sure I am doing things right..

This is great. I, too, dislike dealing with the binding and cringed every time someone suggests we do these for gifts or fundraisers. This method makes me a big fan of these again.
