Printing on fabric with laser printer!!
I was thrilled to stumble across this video today!! A tutorial for using your Laser printer to print on fabric. I knew there had to be a way, despite reading so long that it could only be done on an Ink Jet printer. Cannot wait to make creative labels. Enjoy!

It looks to me like the same process used for printing with an inkjet printer. I'm going to try it next time I need a label and see how it works.

I think I would like to try that . thanks

I tried this and made 6 labels and don't forget to heat set!

Should be pretty permanent. Think of the clothes you've ruined when changing the laser toner at work. LOL

I've done several & they even wash well. Just remember to take the back off before sewing it onto the quilt!

Oops, too small pic to show the printed label. I cropped it before printing.

I was really impressed with her process. I don't have a laser printer but this can work with desk jet as well. I made labels last year for clothes using printable fabric, after several washings they all faded. I'll be trying this to see how it holds up. My granddaughter insist having labels in her clothes. she says how else can she know the front from the back. She was only 5. Now she's 7 but loves having my labels in her clothes because she knows they are special. GGBABZ, which is also my license plate number. Good luck to all who make them and let us know how they are working out.
