I placed an order in late November. Forgot about it but then realized I didn't get it. This was on the 9th.
Well I called them and had my stuff in 2 days.Not only that but someone called me! She said they forgot to fill it (understandable these days)
They have fantastic customer service!

I order frequently from QIAD and have always had great service with them. I highly recommend them.

Yep. Love QIAD. Missouri Star and QIAD are the only online places I shop for quilt supplies. The shipping cost are low and the service is great. I have found other online shops that have good sales but then the shipping cost wipes out the savings.
