Quilters in NE WI and Upper MI
 

There is a rummage north of Menominee, MI that you may be interested in. I saw an ad in our local newspaper about a rummage sale that had fabric for sale. I went and they had tubs, tubs, and more tubs of fabric for 50 cents per piece--no matter the size of the piece. I picked up some nice coordinating cottons for quilting. There were also fleece pieces at 3.00 ea and I got two or three yds at that 3.00 total price. I also picked up a bunch of quilting patterns for a quarter ea and books at 1.00 ea. But the best was the small plastic quilting frame for $5.00!! If you like embroidery, there were pillowcases, dresser scarves, runners, etc hand embroidered and beautifully done.

Directions from the south: Take US41 north out of Menominee. Turn left(west) onto #6 road(Birch Creek Rd) and follow it all the way to the end where it meets hwy 577. House is on the right-hand corner; address N2510.
