My hat is off to all of you who do this and the folks who serve us. Thank you.

Here lately iv'e been doing quilts for children in hospitals. with out sounding I don't know snobbish i guess im just getting tired of it . I want to do something different. Well same thing only for bigger people and to do a nice one fro a service man or woman would be a thrill for me. I have to checkout the link , Thanks for posting

I tell EVERYONE who knows how to sew a straight line, they can make beautiful quilts. I haven't progressed much beyond that, not for lack of desire but for lack of time.
There is so much need in the world for quilts. I have heard stories from viet Nam vets about the quilts they still have.

Find a local quilt shop or guild. Quilters are very generous with advice, help & praise.

Does anyone have an easy pattern for this just off the top of your head? I think warm wishes would be good but I would like to make the actual strips bigger than the pattern calls for. Not good at math. I'm looking forward to getting involved in such an awesome cause!
