That was my New Year's resolution last year but couldn't leave the quilting alone. Made only one quick easy jacket -- maybe I"ll find time this year..........

Been trying for three years now. Have the pattern, material, etc., but no time. I wanted to learn to sew knits. May you have better luck thank I. I am pulling for you.

Thanks for the site. I want to try too! I am tall with long arms and legs and find it difficult to find reasonably priced female clothes that fit. I usually buy men's long-sleeved shirts and pants. I'd love to learn how to alter them to look less-manly and to make my own skirts.

That's a great site. I can use it to bone up on sewing and my grand daughters can use it too.
