A few weeks ago I was looking through Hoffman fabrics site and their free patterns. They had a pattern very much like this for a Christmas quilt that used one of their Christmas lines for 2010. I just loved the pattern and downloaded it.
I also ordered the fabric called for from the Fabric Shack and will be working on it very soon.

The gumball pattern is on the website http://www.fatcatpatterns.com look at the menu on the left and click on children's designs.
She has tons of free patterns and gives permission right there on the site for us to use them!!
