Wow the prices are so low. Have you ever tried the thread? Also I pulled up for embroidery thread and they show they carry good brands but no prices.

They do however have cotton thread for as low as $2.00 for 6000 yards and up. Hmmm I'm sure it would work for something if not for quilting. At that price I'm willing to risk it LOL

This is what it says...

"Cotton threads provide good sewing
performance, but their strength and abrasion
resistance are inferior to polyester threads of
equal size. Cotton threads are the primary
threads used in overdyed cotton apparel. Cotton
thread can also be used for machine or hand
quilting." (Quoted from the Southern Thread Inc web site.)
