String and Story Quilting Class?

Has anyone done String and Story's free motion quilting class? If you have, would you tell about your experience? https://www.stringandstory.com/

Thank you!

I am interested to read what those with experience say. Thank you for asking this question.

I just signed up for the current class, but wondered if I could have gleaned the information from free on-line videos. The positive for me is that I am who needs to be held to a schedule and turning in the work each week may keep me on track and motivated.

I got this notice also & am tempted. Bonnie Hunter has spoken very highly of Holly Ann & her class. I'm not quite ready for it now but will keep it in mind the next time she offers.

Carol, we'll be waiting to hear what you think, and I hope to see some of your samples. Do you currently FMQ at all? Well, this session's registration has ended and I didn't sign up. I have so much I am trying to catch up on, I felt like it would be more of a stress than a learning opportunity.

It does seem that there are a lot of tutorials out there, as well as classes in things like the Blueprint format, that cost a lot less. I just couldn't determine if there is anything unique to this, other than a closed discussion group?

However one learns, it seems that the biggest piece is the practice, practice, practice.

I looked at the Youtube video you linked to and was unable to access the other 2 free videos that would explain the theory of the class.
