Keep in mind that people with glass tables will be the most thankful for these lovely mug rugs. I made myself one after I cringed the 200th time my cup hit the glass top.

At work everyone has those metal containers to keep their water in. Of course they sweat and make a mess. I am sure people would enjoy these mats. You could even put a tie on them so you could wrap it around your bottle and tie it when traveling or not in use. I think these mats are great!

That is a great idea. I made my first one last night. I found some large print wildlife fabric I had left over from another project. Fussy cut the wolves and bears to make the front and used the background trees and ponds for the back. It turned out really nice, I think I will be making some for Christmas gifts. The DH loved it.
