Yes I bought one a few weeks ago. Its is wonderful for making fringe on scarfs. I have not done strips of materials yet. But will soon. Going shopping for material today to do a few more Christmas quilts.

Never even thought of the shipping charges....I am going to write to them about that...charging 8.00!!! to ship a small seam ripper that would cost 2.00 to ship. Horrible.
