tutorial for a reusable shopping bag

This little shopper is adorable! My secret santa sent me a tiny flower one in my goodies and my eight year old niece grabbed it up before I could say anything! Which leaves me to believe that these would be a good gift for just about anyone.
I ran across this tutorial this morning and had to share with you gals...

Wow, I love to keep one of these in my purse, especially at quilt shows. Don't want to lose any of my purchases in those slippery plastic bags! Thanks for sharing-this is cuter than most of what I have seen!

That's an adorable idea! Thanks for sharing! Nice way to use up some fabric that I don't want in quilts.

It really helps if you use a thin fabric. I made a similar one from cotton and it's lined & barely fits into it's pocket. Love these bags, especially as alot of our shops charge for plastic bags now.

Thanks, thanks for this link. I received one as a gift and have used it and used it. Now I can have more. Great tutorial.

Thanks for the tutorial. It would fold up easily into my purse and be able to use when going to craft shows and flea markets. I have a reusable shopping bag I'm using as a template and working on. It's good size I got from the store. Has a large hole where it came apart on the bottom. I would just mend it but why not use it as a pattern for a much sturdier denim one.
