Here's an even easier one. We took 2 lamp shades and zipstripped them together to make an hour glass shape. My daughter studditized a piece of ribbon the cover the edges where the 2 shades touch in the middle of the hour glass shape- and You're done- The whole project too less then 20 minutes- cost us 2.00 for the shades- scrap ribbon and some studs. A perfectly pink match for her room. best part- when she decides she wants two lamps we simple take the shades apart. It's easy to dust too.

prefer the traditional, and when "decorating" lampshades plse remember that it gives out a lot less light.

I think that this works well for a little girls room. Wouldn't be in my living room. Is a cute idea

My cats would be clawing at it trying to tear it up. Best for me to just leave the boring lampshades be.
