update to gift ideas for friend who sews
This is what I was looking for.....I am inspired, and will attempt my own creation. Thank you for all of your suggestions. :) The second pic is my inspiration for Christmas gifts. LOVE it!

Those are both very pretty. I use a magnetic bowl for my pins, but would love to have a pin cushion like those. I think you have the right idea.

I too use the mag bowls for pins, but I do collect pincushions and these look very tempting......are you offering for sale??????

Those are such pretty pin cushions. I really liked them. Especially the one with flowers running down the top & side.
