wow..at the cost of a jelly roll, I would just BUY a rug!

but if you used scraps in your stash that you don't really like and jazz it up with something you do like then you have a new rug ! That is what I'm gonna do :)

just use up your own fabrics would be cool (scrappy look)

I always have leftovers from my jelly rolls, why not? This would be adorable in my kitchen, bathroom, or sewing room...Dont think I would buy a jelly roll for this purpose, but leftovers lookout :)...Love it...thanks for sharing the link :)

Thank you for both of the rug tutorials. I am trying to make one and have been adding to it a little at a time. My mom used to make them when I was little and I could not remember how she did it so am just doing what seems right, but your tutorials are great and I love the way they do them. Don't know how you always come up with the perfect links at the right time. Love you doing this all the time for us. Thanks again.

I'd love to try this with my flannel scraps or scraps of fabric that I've gotten at garage sales or thrift stores.

Made fromscraps would be nice but I wouldn't use a jelly roll for it.
